At Khaleejora, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact, along with proof of purchase such as your order number or confirmation email. Certain items are not eligible for return, including opened beauty and cosmetic products, intimate or personal care items, earrings, and any item marked as a final sale at the time of purchase; please check the product page for any specific exclusions before ordering. To start a return, simply contact our support team by email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the next steps, including arranging pickup where available. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method; for orders paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, as agreed with our support team. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error, such as sending the wrong or a defective item, in which case we will also cover the cost of return shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly through a replacement or full refund.
